Rebar is a brand of Ascendlink Technologies Private Limited, Gurugram, India. This page says exactly what the site collects, where it goes and how long it stays. Questions or deletion requests: akshit@getrebar.us.
- 01
The quote form
When you ask for a quote you send your email, your app link, the tool you built it with, the problem you picked and your message. These are stored in Cloudflare (Workers KV) and emailed to me through Azure Communication Services, which also sends you a confirmation.
Your IP address is used to stop spam: it is kept as a counter for about an hour, then deleted automatically.
- 02
The free scan
The scan reads the public page and JavaScript your app already sends to any browser. With your confirmation that you own the app, it also runs read-only checks against your app’s own backend. Nothing is written or changed.
The findings are kept for 15 minutes so you can unlock your report, then deleted. If you ask for the report by email, your email and the finding titles are kept so I can follow up. Secret values found in your code are never stored, only a shortened hint of them.
- 03
Analytics
The site uses Google Analytics to count visits and clicks, which sets cookies, and Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not. Neither is used to build a profile of you.
- 04
Calls
If you book a call, Cal.com handles the booking under its own privacy policy.
- 05
Your code and your app
When you give me access to your app, it is used only for the job we agreed. I don’t share your code or data, don’t reuse it for other clients and don’t use it to train AI. When the job ends you remove my access, and I delete any local copy the same day.
- 06
Who else sees it
Only the services named above, to run the site. Nothing is sold or passed to anyone else, unless the law requires it.
- 07
Keeping and deleting
Quote requests and report requests are kept until you ask me to delete them. Email akshit@getrebar.us and I’ll send you a copy of what I hold, correct it or delete it, within 30 days.
